Dear Mrs. Henville, I know you will always be there for us to help us because you're such a kind person, and I'm thankful for that. I'm so happy with my job right now, though it's quite difficult and challenging for me because our school is in the process of Accreditation, but I know I can make it. I frequently do take home work and work until midnight in order to cope with the deadlines of all the papers/documents required by the Accreditation Committee. What makes it difficult is doing the creation, distribution and analysis of the survey by myself with no one else assisting me and I'll have to finish it in just 2 months. It reminds me of how my hardship was when I did my thesis writing during my Masters' study. Nevertheless, I'm so happy because I really love my job and I always welcome a challenging job because that's the way I can improve and discover my new knowledge and wisdom. Thank you so much We Dare to Teach & Prime Opportunities, Inc. Thank you so much Mrs. Henville and Tina, two thumbs up for both of you. Thank you and GOD BLESS YOU Always!! See you later.

I am very grateful to God for directing me to Prime Opportunities in Manila, Philippines, a co agency of WE DARE TO TEACH. It's been my dream of teaching abroad--much more in the United States of America. Ms. Evelyn Henville was used by God to fulfill this dream. I am now in the US Virgin Islands teaching Mathematics to grade 7 students. It is my heartfelt thanks to the staff of Prime Opportunities and Ms. Henville who supported me all the way to this endeavor. USVI is a great place, almost similar to the weather of my country, and so not giving me a hard time to adjust. I am happy now that I'm continuing my work as an educator serving students of different cultures. May God bless you all and may you continue to serve people.

Appreciation is understanding of value but it is sometimes quite forgotten when one is already in a city of mix cultures, a wealth of beaches, coral reefs, plantation ruins, diverse plants and animals, and in a dreamer's heaven - the US Virgin Islands! Truly its great deep water harbor makes it most attractive to the many cruise liners. The swaying palm trees, the vision of azure waters and the barrel of rum punches make the place famous and attracts tourists from many parts of the globe. Being able to be surrounded by all of these wonderful sites on these islands were made possible by you, Mrs. Henville and your recruiting agency, We Dare To Teach, here in America, and Christina of Prime Opportunities in the Philippines. Your agencies brought me in a paradise destination full of tranquil treasures in the Caribbean. How can I ever forget the many sleepless nights you both made for such rewarding endeavors on my behalf. Ms. Evelyn and Ms. Christina you both transformed my dreams into a reality in the "Land of Opportunity" where I am now. In four months time I was able to step on the American soil. My deployment here in USVI was indeed a matter of faith in HIM. On the contrary, I strongly believed too, that without your agencies, WE DARE TO TEACH and PRIME OPPORTUNITIES my hopes and aspirations to teach in USVI wound not have materialized. I can vouch for the credibility and integrity of your recruitment agency because I serve as a living example of your many deployed teachers in USVI. My deployment here was a product of your dynamic human labor worthy of emulation. I can even attest if requested to do so. I am now teaching in one of the prestigious learning institutions in USVI. I considered this deployment a blessing to me. I am proud to have such wonderful people whose sincerity in serving people can't be compared. I can't compensate or repay your tremendous tasks and hardships in my placement. In addition, your agency's seal "WE DARE TO TEACH" is a powerful pledge of excellence to be admonished, professed, and cherished by qualified educators who wish to work here in the future. So, on behalf of twenty eight strong teachers deployed by your agency here in the USVI last February 2006 in the Department of Education, St. Thomas and St. Croix School Districts, I humbly say... thank you, thank you, thank you. Lastly. Please accept my deepest and profound gratitude and warm esteem to a very rewarding and remarkable job well done. Congratulations! More Power and God Bless.

In 2002 I went to the US to attend a conference and in the process met an employer who promised to change my visa from tourist to working status. The working visa petition was approved, however I was already out of status. Since I overstayed, I had to go back to the Philippines and serve the 3-year bar. I thought I was being smart when I went to the US for a job using a Tourist visa. Indeed, it was a nightmare because I have to start all over again! Now came WDTT. Ms. Evelyn has been very supportive in our longing to have our dreams fulfilled. With the tremendous help extended, I know that the elusive dream is now within our reach! Thanks to Ms. Evelyn and her company, WDTT for all the hard work. I am more confident going back to the US knowing that everything is legal and safe!

This testimonial is in support of We Dare To Teach for efficiently working for the approval of my application as a SPED teacher. Ms. Evelyn of WDTT updates Prime Opportunities regarding the status of my application as soon as she heard from the US Virgin Islands. The waiting time is very minimal, and I appreciate knowing that something is being done with my application. I know that WDTT will continue to support us applicants even after we have landed abroad.

We Dare To Teach have worked eagerly to have my application as a SPED teacher reviewed and processed by the US Virgin Islands Department of Education. I only waited for a week to be called for an interview and another week to be advised that USVI had hired me! I wasn’t expecting this development to be this soon. I appreciate WDTT support in updating its applicants about the status of their application as soon as possible. I learned from other applicants that WDTT has been continuously supporting them too and has been advising them on appropriate actions they should take and on what the American President’s No Child Left Behind is all about.

WDTT has always been there since I applied at her agent Prime Opportunities in Manila, June 2006. I belong to the first batch of SPED teachers who were accepted at USVI. Despite some of the hindrances that befell some of the applicants in other parts of the USA, WDTT continues to provide support and encouragement to the applicants. Ms. Evelyn has always been in constant communication with Prime Opportunities to let us know of the status of our application and what is expected of us by the American Classroom. WDTT also answers queries to enlighten the applicants of the courses of action to take and how to become the best teacher we can be for the American child!

Dear Madam Evelyn, I thank you for opening the door for us especially to me to be able to reach Tucson, Arizona USA. Indeed it is wonderful to be working as a teacher here in Southgate Academy Charter School. The people here are very accommodating and they take good care of me. Some teachers even volunteer to pick me up from the house to the school while I was in my process of learning to drive. I hope more Filipinos will be able to have their approval to work here in USA. I believe that Filipinos have a big heart of helping other people too. I feel sorry for not calling you as yet. I am just engrossed with learning new things in a new environment. Again, thank you and may the Lord keep blessing your good heart in helping people.

Dear Mrs. Henville: A brief note to let you know how excited I am with the response I have been waiting from WDTT. Because of the efforts of your business, I feel very fortunate to be provided this opportunity to teach and work in the United States Virgin Islands. It is so nice to know that there are still some business services out there that are willing to help teachers. Like in my case, We Dare To Teach went out of its way to manage my needs and my fellow teachers. You are so very consistent and professional with your correspondence to keep us updated so we do not worry. You are a gem, WDTT!

Mr. Arispe, Employer (K-12 Consultant)

As a former teacher, principal, and central office administrator, I am very familiar with the challenges of staffing schools with highly qualified teachers in critical areas such as Special Education, Math and Science. Now as a consultant for K-12 schools and districts, I work with these entities to do everything possible to bring them closer to meeting AYP. Providing them with avenues to secure quality staff is one of areas in which I am involved. We Dare to Teach has made this challenge much easier by providing my clients and I with highly trained and effective teachers from the Philippines and Dominican Republic. To be perfectly honest, I was a bit skeptical when I was first introduced to this company‘s services. I have always been frustrated at the very shallow pool of qualified candidates in these areas and was uncertain as to why she would be able to provide me with a commodity (scarce teachers) that no one else seemed to have. Fortunately for us, Ms.Henville came through with what she promised . . . Quality Teachers!!! Ms. Henville secures most of her teachers from the Philippines and Dominican Republic. It has taken anywhere from 3-6 months to get these teachers but they are well worth the wait. Many of these teachers have been trained in American teaching methods, techniques and processes which makes their transition to their new schools and surroundings much easier. The teachers are very good in their respective areas, are very accommodating and appreciative of their positions. For most of them, these new teaching positions change their lives. They approach their teaching responsibilities with an unmatched excitement and commitment!!!

Mrs. A. Brown, Employer (Director of HR in a School District)

As Director for Human Resources in my school district I am responsible for the hiring and placement of teachers and recently we have had to start hiring international teachers due to the serious shortage we are experiencing. In utilizing international recruiting agencies we have found Mrs. Henville’s service one of the very best. Through her assistance we employed 28 highly qualified teachers from the Philippines in 2005. The process was made very simple and easy for us, and there were no financial costs to our district to interview and process the teachers to bring them on board as our employees. With over 26 years in education as a teacher, a principal and director of an education department, she is equipped with the skills to interview and select the kind of teachers with the necessary foundation to function within a very diverse student population. In my estimation, her work as an educator also helps her to be well versed with the No Child Left Behind regulations. The teachers we have hired are highly qualified and many of them are certifiable in multiple subject areas and have all settled very well within our diverse communities. They have all started their second school year with us and we are pleased with their performance. Mrs. Henville is extremely professional in conducting all business with our Department of Education. I find her to be extremely skilled and knowledgeable about international teachers, and the word is out among the Philippine teachers that you have to be one of the best and brightest to get the privilege to be selected by We Dare To Teach. We are pleased to say that we are once again working with Mrs. Henville to place approximately 30 Philippine and Dominican Republic teachers this year as we are extremely satisfied with last year’s group!

We have worked with Evelyn Henville and We Dare To Teach to place highly qualified professional teachers in our schools. This service was at no cost to our school system. Ms. Henville worked diligently to ensure that the teachers she placed with our system met the qualifications required for North Carolina and No Child Left Behind. The teachers placed in our system came with a minimum of four years of teaching experience. They are extremely knowledgeable of the content they teach and have adjusted to the culture very well. Test results of the students in the classes taught by these teachers were in the top percentiles. The teachers are very creative and very adept at using a variety of materials to make sure the students understand the subject matter. These teachers came with training in dealing with cultural diversity and different learning styles. Parents and the community in general have been very receptive to the teachers. The teachers have become a part of the community and have become active in church and some civic activities. If they encountered any communication problems (I am not aware of any) they have overcome them and are working well with parents and community members.
