having over 20 years of experience to conduct our training and development to
prepare our teachers for the American classroom and an easy transition into
the American way of life. Professionals with teaching experience especially
in the areas of Math, Science and Special Education will have the benefit of
a smooth placement service through WDTT.
Applicants’ professional credentials will be primarily evaluated by one of
the many recognized international credential evaluating agencies in the
country. Teacher professionals are required to take the Praxis series of
examinations, which pertain to a set of rigorous and carefully validated
assessments that provide accurate, reliable information to be used by state
education agencies in making licensing decisions. Our partnership with the
Kenexa Organization will provide professionals a behavioral skills test to
identify how qualified an applicant is for a particular district.
