• Degree evaluations certified by the United States-approved evaluating companies.
• Thorough medical and criminal background checks.
• Behavioral skills test by the Kenexa Organization to identify the most qualified employee for your district.
• Completion of all legal documents for the H1B Professional Visa of your selected applicant.
• Assistance to the school district for the renewal of your employees’ Visa after they have worked for the initial duration.
• Privilege to post a listing of your job vacancies on our website which you can edit yourself while logged in.
• View resumes that meet your staffing needs which you can bookmark for future reference.
• WDTT will handle primary interviews of your prospective candidates, and all forms of documentation concerning pre-employment activities will be forwarded to you.
• WDTT will provide for video conference interviews between you and the prospective candidate in the comfort of your home or office, if desired.
• WDTT will handle and organize all pre-arrival requirements and documentation once you have accepted your preferred candidate.
