We Dare to Teach (WDTT) is a professional career placement company in Florida,
dedicated to fulfilling the objectives of the United States’ No Child Left
Behind (NCLB) Act. We commit ourselves to provide each American child quality
education and the opportunity to be taught by highly qualified and experienced
teachers because we believe that "a child anywhere is a child somewhere."
It is WDTT’s mission to provide and sustain high quality education for our
children, our most precious resources. Being a professional educator and
administrator having an extensive understanding of the American educational
system and NCLB regulations, I guarantee school districts trouble-free
recruitment at NO COST. The pool of candidates we will provide will be
pre-selected from friendly allied nations with high educational and performance
standards and subjected to a rigorous screening and interview process. All
state and district certification requirements of the teachers will be handled
by WDTT’s competent and highly-qualified staff, as well as any other
documentation the placements will entail.
WDTT has successfully placed numerous elementary, middle school and high
school teachers, and the placement of 45 more candidates is currently being
processed. There is so much opportunity in the United States for the highly
qualified teacher, and we at WDTT will only be too willing to help all
professionals who wish to be part of the realization of NCLB.
WDTT is passionate about placing the most suitable professional for the job
and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards and integrity
for our partners. Aside from teachers, we have also extended our services to
nurses and hospitality workers seeking employment in the United States with
our extensive pool of contacts.

also serves as Director of Recruitment & Retention for one of Florida’s top 10 leading school districts. WDTT’s staff
under Mrs. Henville’s leadership focuses on operating this business with high expectations, open communication, and continuous
review and evaluation for improvement so that our American classrooms can be supplied with highly qualified international teachers.
